ein <strong>portabler Tiltmeter<\/strong>. Das Messger\u00e4t besteht aus einem MEMS-Neigungsgeber in einem robusten Aluminium-Geh\u00e4use das in einem Messrahmen aus rostfreiem Stahl eingebaut ist. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-dce-text-color=\"#000000\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f3b5cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f3b5cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Auflager des Messrahmens sind speziell mechanisch gefertigt um eine pr\u00e4zise, reproduzierbare Positionierung des Messger\u00e4tes auf den Messbolzen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Messungen k\u00f6nnen an horizontalen und vertikalen Oberfl\u00e4chen ausgef\u00fchrt werden. <\/p>\n<p>Die Messungen erfolgen jeweils in zwei Lagen (Umschlagsmessung) und alle 90\u00b0. Dadurch werden die Neigungen in zwei, um 90\u00b0 gedrehten, Richtungen ermittelt und systematische Messeinfl\u00fcsse des Messsystems weitgehend kompensiert. <\/p>\n<p>Die automatische \u00dcberwachung der vertikalen und horizontalen Fl\u00e4che kann mit einem <a title=\"Digital tilt meters\" href=\"https:\/\/sisgeo.com\/de\/digitales-tiltmeter-mit-mems-sensoren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">digitalen Neigungsmesser<\/a> oder einem <a title=\"analogue tilt meters\" href=\"https:\/\/sisgeo.com\/de\/analoges-tiltmeter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">analogen Neigungsmesser<\/a> erfolgen, der an einen Datenlogger (z. To get this result an accelerometer is required. It measures the projection of acceleration gravity on its sensing axis. Sensor can have 1, 2 or even 3 sensing axes.   <\/p>\n<p>The MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) implementation of accelerometers it\u2019s pretty young (about 20years) but mature enough to have its strong reliability been proven. MEMS are indeed silicon chips machined to create a mechanical part inside. The required electronic to read out the signal is inside the same chip.  <\/p>\n<p>The working principle is a spring-mass system: a mass (rotor) is anchored with springs to a fix frame (stator). When an acceleration occurs, the rotor moves respect to the stator loading or unloading the springs. That\u2019s it: the displacement measurement is proportional to the applied acceleration. Displacement is measured with different technologies inside the chip but in its simplest form is related to a capacitance measure.   <\/p>\n<p>Sisgeo uses the state-of-the-art of MEMS accelerometers that implement several methods to compensate temperature variation and reduce the cross-axis error reaching very high
