Beam (TB) sensors<\/strong>\u00a0can be used both in chain to measure a continuous displacement or in stand alone application to measure the tilt-displacement between two point (ends of the role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-8421\"><p>Los inclin\u00f3metros son instrumentos que miden \u00e1ngulos respecto al vector de aceleraci\u00f3n de la gravedad. Para obtener este resultado se necesita un aceler\u00f3metro. Mide la proyecci\u00f3n de la aceleraci\u00f3n de la gravedad sobre su eje de detecci\u00f3n. El sensor puede tener 1, 2 o incluso 3 ejes de detecci\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de los aceler\u00f3metros MEMS (sistemas microelectromec\u00e1nicos) es bastante reciente (unos 20 a\u00f1os), pero lo suficientemente madura como para haber demostrado su gran fiabilidad. Los MEMS son chips de silicio mecanizados para crear una pieza mec\u00e1nica en su interior. La electr\u00f3nica necesaria para leer la se\u00f1al est\u00e1 dentro del mismo chip.  <\/p>\n<p>El principio de funcionamiento es un sistema muelle-masa: una masa (rotor) est\u00e1 anclada con muelles a un bastidor fijo (estator). Cuando se produce una aceleraci\u00f3n, el rotor se desplaza respecto al estator cargando o descargando los muelles. Eso es todo: la medici\u00f3n del desplazamiento es proporcional a la aceleraci\u00f3n aplicada. El desplazamiento se mide con diferentes tecnolog\u00edas dentro del chip, pero en su forma m\u00e1s simple est\u00e1 relacionado con una medida de capacitancia.   <\/p>\n<p>Sisgeo utiliza aceler\u00f3metros MEMS de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que aplican varios m\u00e9todos para compensar la variaci\u00f3n de temperatura y reducir el error entre ejes alcanzando una precisi\u00f3n muy
