aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-8601\"><p>Tout morceau de fil ordinaire change l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de r\u00e9sistance lorsqu&rsquo;il est soumis \u00e0 une tension. Les fils dispos\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 maximiser cet effet forment une jauge de contrainte. Les jauges de contrainte sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des feuilles grav\u00e9es coll\u00e9es sur une barre de m\u00e9tal ou un autre mat\u00e9riau pouvant \u00eatre tendu.  <br \/>Dans un capteur de force, les jauges de contrainte sont plac\u00e9es de telle sorte que lorsque le capteur est charg\u00e9, les jauges sont soumises \u00e0 une contrainte qui modifie leur r\u00e9sistance. La variation de r\u00e9sistance par unit\u00e9 de contrainte est tr\u00e8s faible. Pour mesurer ces faibles variations de r\u00e9sistance ou de tension, ces capteurs sont presque toujours utilis\u00e9s dans une configuration de pont avec une source d&rsquo;excitation. Le pont de Wheatstone g\u00e9n\u00e9ral se compose de quatre bras r\u00e9sistifs avec une tension d&rsquo;excitation appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 travers le pont.   <br \/>Diff\u00e9rentes configurations existent:<br \/>&#8211; capteur \u00e0 pont unique (une seule r\u00e9sistance change, tandis que les trois autres sont fixes);<br \/>&#8211; capteur \u00e0 pont \u00e0 deux points;<br \/>&#8211; capteur \u00e0 pont \u00e0 quatre points (les quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments varient).<br \/>La derni\u00e8re, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0configuration \u00e0 pont complet\u00a0\u00bb, est le type de pont utilis\u00e9 dans les instruments SISGEO parce qu&rsquo;une sortie tr\u00e8s lin\u00e9aire et sensible est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>Lorsque l&rsquo;instrument est connect\u00e9 \u00e0 un long c\u00e2ble (&gt;50 m\u00e8tres), il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9duire les erreurs dues aux chutes de tension dans la ligne d&rsquo;excitation. Six fils sont donc n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre connect\u00e9s au lecteur\/enregistreur de donn\u00e9es en utilisant deux entr\u00e9es analogiques, l&rsquo;une pour mesurer la tension de sortie et l&rsquo;autre pour mesurer la tension d&rsquo;excitation. La chute de tension est ensuite divis\u00e9e par la tension d&rsquo;excitation pour trouver le rapport entre les deux.
