suspendus sont con\u00e7us pour surveiller les mouvements horizontaux dans le corps, les fondations et les cul\u00e9es des barrages, et pour d\u00e9terminer les mouvements structurels des ponts, structure, avec un poids de mise en tension, suspendu \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure et pouvant se d\u00e9placer librement dans un r\u00e9servoir rempli d&rsquo;un fluide d&rsquo;amortissement.<\/p>\n<p>Le pendule invers\u00e9 fournit une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence fixe \u00e0 partir de laquelle les mouvements structurels peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s. Il utilise le m\u00eame c\u00e2ble, ancr\u00e9 dans un sol dur sous la structure, avec une unit\u00e9 flottante fix\u00e9e \u00e0 son extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 flottante peut se d\u00e9placer librement dans un r\u00e9servoir de fluide, maintenant ainsi le c\u00e2ble en position verticale.
