de pression hydrauliques sont con\u00e7ues pour mesurer les contraintes dans le b\u00e9ton massif, ou bien \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface entre une structure et le terrain.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-dce-text-color=\"#000000\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f3b5cb elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La cellule est compos\u00e9e de deux plaques en acier soud\u00e9es entre elles sur leur p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie et espac\u00e9es par un interstice satur\u00e9 sous vide avec de l&rsquo;huile d\u00e9sa\u00e9r\u00e9e qui garantit une rigidit\u00e9 maximale. Un tube en Rilsan (polyamide) haute pression connecte la cavit\u00e9 de la surface sensible au capteur de pression. <\/p>\n<p>Un dispositif de recompression est disponible pour dilater la cellule une fois que le b\u00e9ton a effectu\u00e9 son retrait. Les r\u00e9sistances dessin\u00e9es en utilisant des techniques d&rsquo;impression s\u00e9rigraphique, sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sur un substrat de membrane en c\u00e9ramique d\u00e9formable pour former des r\u00e9seaux de jauge de contrainte. Les changements de contrainte r\u00e9sul-tant de l\u2019application de charges ext\u00e9rieures sur la membrane d\u00e9formable sont transform\u00e9es en changement de r\u00e9sistance dans le r\u00e9seau de jauges de contrainte.  <br \/>Le signal \u00e9lectrique sortant du r\u00e9seau de jauges est directement proportionnel \u00e0 la contrainte appliqu\u00e9e sur la membrane. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment sensible est con\u00e7u en c\u00e9ramique, avec une structure comparable au cristal, pour former une membrane de pression chimiquement inerte et aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques quasi-parfaites. Les r\u00e9sistances s\u00e9rigraphi\u00e9es sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sur la membrane pour former un pont de Wheatstone \u00e0 4 branches.  <br \/>Une tension d\u2019excitation fixe est appliqu\u00e9e sur une des diagonales du circuit. Les contraintes exerc\u00e9es sur la membrane vont modifier les valeurs des r\u00e9sistances du pont de Wheatstone individuellement, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du pont. Cette fr\u00e9quence varie avec la tension du fil et ainsi avec de faibles mouvements relatifs des deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. <br \/>Les capteurs \u00e0 corde vibrante sont mesur\u00e9s en fr\u00e9quence plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en tension \u00e9lectrique, c&rsquo;est pourquoi un appareil de lecture\/enregistreur sp\u00e9cifique doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance. Cette unit\u00e9 excite la corde du capteur, mesure sa r\u00e9ponse, effectue quelques calculs sur la r\u00e9ponse et retourne le r\u00e9sultat. <br \/>Le capteur \u00e0 corde vibrante de Sisgeo fonctionne en mode amorti et non en mode entretenu. Pour exciter la corde, une attraction magn\u00e9tique est cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans la bobine par le poste de lecture\/enregistreur, et la corde commence alors \u00e0 vibrer, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi une tension, alternant \u00e0 la m\u00eame fr\u00e9quence que la fr\u00e9quence naturelle de la corde. Ce signal en tension est transmis par le c\u00e2ble vers l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de lecture\/acquisition.<br \/>Les capteurs \u00e0 corde vibrante jouissent d&rsquo;une r\u00e9putation de longue dur\u00e9e
