Le projet de transformation de l’ancien Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Municipal de Florence, entre Via Solferino, Via Magenta et Corso Italia, pr\u00e9voit sa d\u00e9molition presque compl\u00e8te et la construction de 160 appartements, de magasins, d’un gymnase et d’un parking souterrain. Il s’agit du projet de r\u00e9novation urbaine le plus important du centre de Florence, qui devrait r\u00e9am\u00e9nager un immeuble entier dans un style contemporain. En plus de confirmer l’usage majoritairement r\u00e9sidentiel du complexe, le plan pr\u00e9voit un espace ouvert \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de l’\u00eelot et la r\u00e9alisation de travaux de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement en exploitation, comme le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement du parterre central de Via Solferino. Le projet de r\u00e9novation comprend \u00e9galement la d\u00e9molition de la salle du th\u00e9\u00e2tre et la r\u00e9alisation d’ouvrages annexes et fonctionnels pour la modernisation du mus\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n

AIDA IoT est utilis\u00e9 pour la gestion compl\u00e8te des donn\u00e9es d’un vaste syst\u00e8me de surveillance des structures et des vibrations. L’objectif du syst\u00e8me automatis\u00e9 est de v\u00e9rifier la stabilit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du chantier de construction pendant l’excavation et la construction, de v\u00e9rifier l’efficacit\u00e9 des travaux de sout\u00e8nement\/fondation pendant l’excavation et de surveiller les effets des vibrations provoqu\u00e9es par les travaux de construction sur le b\u00e2timents \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n

Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, des pi\u00e9zom\u00e8tres, des cellules de charge et des clinom\u00e8tres biaxiaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s. Cette instrumentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 reli\u00e9e \u00e0 des n\u0153uds sans fil qui communiquent avec une passerelle de collecte et de transmission de donn\u00e9es via le protocole LoRa. En outre, un certain nombre de stations vibratoires deux stations totales robotis\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es pour le contr\u00f4le topographique des points critiques de la zone de travaux. Le syst\u00e8me de surveillance enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9, g\u00e9r\u00e9 via la plateforme web AIDA IoT, a permis aux concepteurs et \u00e0 la direction des travaux de contr\u00f4ler en temps r\u00e9el les param\u00e8tres surveill\u00e9s pendant le d\u00e9roulement des op\u00e9rations, garantissant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 notamment lors des t\u00e2ches les plus d\u00e9licates. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 AIDA IoT, l’acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el et les alertes en cas de probl\u00e8mes critiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 garantis. Le r\u00e9sultat final a \u00e9t\u00e9 une intervention plus rapide et plus s\u00fbre du personnel technique impliqu\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n
