IL TILTMETRO \u00c8 COMPOSTO DA UN TELAIO IN ACCIAIO INOX E UN ALLOGGIAMENTO IN ALLUMINIO PER IL SENSORE DI INCLINAZIONE CON TECNOLOGIA MEMS. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-dce-text-color=\"#000000\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f3b5cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f3b5cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il telaio dello strumento viene progettato appositamente per consentire un perfetto posizionamento dello stesso sulla piastra di misura che viene fissata alla superficie da misurare: se la superficie \u00e8 orizzontale il clinometro viene poggiato sulla superficie, mentre se la superficie \u00e8 verticale, la parte dello strumento che viene poggiata \u00e8 quella laterale. <\/p>\n<p>Sulle superfici orizzontali si possono ottenere misure in due direzioni semplicemente ruotando lo strumento di 90\u00b0, mentre sulle pareti verticali si possono eseguire misure in una sola direzione. Per ottenere questo risultato \u00e8 necessario un accelerometro. Esso misura la proiezione dell&#8217;accelerazione di gravit\u00e0 sul suo asse di rilevamento. Il sensore pu\u00f2 avere 1, 2 o anche 3 assi di rilevamento.   <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;implementazione dei MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) degli accelerometri \u00e8 piuttosto giovane (circa 20 anni) ma abbastanza matura da aver dimostrato la sua forte affidabilit\u00e0. I MEMS sono in effetti dei chip di silicio lavorati per creare una parte meccanica all&#8217;interno. L&#8217;elettronica necessaria per leggere il segnale si trova all&#8217;interno dello stesso chip.  <\/p>\n<p>Il principio di funzionamento \u00e8 un sistema molla-massa: una massa (rotore) \u00e8 ancorata con molle a un telaio fisso (statore). Quando si verifica un&#8217;accelerazione, il rotore si sposta rispetto allo statore caricando o scaricando le molle. Tutto qui: la misura dello spostamento \u00e8 proporzionale all&#8217;accelerazione applicata. Lo spostamento viene misurato con diverse tecnologie all&#8217;interno del chip, ma nella sua forma pi\u00f9 semplice \u00e8 legato a una misura di capacit\u00e0.   <\/p>\n<p>Sisgeo utilizza lo stato dell&#8217;arte degli accelerometri MEMS che implementano diversi metodi per compensare le variazioni di temperatura e ridurre l&#8217;errore sull&#8217;asse trasversale, raggiungendo una precisione
