We are pleased to inform you that Sisgeo instrument Rental Service is available from August 26, by accessing the assistance section of our website:

Once inside, just select the assistance portal and log in to access the service and fill out the form with all the data needed to open the rental paperwork.

In addition to the instrument Rental service, the customer can carry out the following operations on the new assistance portal:
• Open a new ticket request (more information FAQ#104)
• Ask for a Calibration Report copy (more information FAQ#99)
• Request a new RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) (more information FAQ#98)
• Ask for a Compliance Certificate copy (more information FAQ#100)
• Request a Training (more information FAQ#101)
• Ask for technical assistance on site (more information FAQ#102)
