Sisgeo continues to invest in the security of its digital products and in compliance with the latest European cybersecurity regulations.
As part of its journey toward compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the company has established and strengthened dedicated processes for managing security vulnerabilities and incidents, ensuring the highest level of protection for customers and partners worldwide.
The procedure applies to all Sisgeo products with digital elements placed on the European Union market, including legacy products identified in the CRA Product Register. The same level of control and oversight may also be extended to other digital products whenever necessary, ensuring a consistent and structured approach to security management.
Customer trust is built not only on the quality and reliability of our monitoring technologies, but also on our ability to protect data, systems, and infrastructures against evolving threats. For this reason, we have implemented procedures that enable us to promptly identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities or security incidents that could impact our products.
The approach adopted by Sisgeo includes continuous monitoring and coordinated management of security events that may affect products, software and hardware development processes, or product distribution and update channels. While incidents that exclusively affect the corporate IT infrastructure are managed through the Group’s cybersecurity processes, immediate coordination is ensured whenever an event may have implications for the security of products delivered to customers.
This governance model enables rapid response, accurate risk assessment, and timely implementation of corrective actions when required, helping maintain high standards of reliability and resilience throughout the entire product lifecycle.
With more than 30 years of experience in geotechnical and structural monitoring, Sisgeo reaffirms its commitment to developing innovative, secure, and compliant solutions, supporting customers and operators of critical infrastructure in building monitoring systems that are increasingly reliable, resilient, and protected.
