FAQ#104 – In quale caso devo aprire un ticket di assistenza?

Il ticket di assistenza è stato introdotto per poter dare una risposta rapida ed efficace alle richieste di natura tecnica, in merito a problemi sulla strumentazione o dubbi sull’installazione degli strumenti.

Attraverso dei semplici menu, si è guidati alla compilazione del form in modo che tutte le informazioni necessarie alla risoluzione del problema vengano immediatamente passate al servizio assistenza.
