Verify that the mobile phone/tablet used does have the minimum required features:Bluetooth Low Energy BLE 4.2APPLE iOS 14 or higherAndroid OS 9 (suggested Android OS 10 or higher) Then please check that the mobile phone/tablet has Bluetooth on and that the MIND unit has a sufficiently charged battery.
