As part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), consolidating the collaboration between the University and Companies, the University of Parma and SISGEO are promoting the research of a PhD student.

The research will focus on an issue of national and international interest: safety in the railway sector. In particular, the candidate will participate to the development of an innovative monitoring system of the railway infrastructure.

The main purpose of this innovative doctoral program is to train a highly specialized technician who will find employment within SISGEO s.r.l after obtaining the Ph.D. degree.

Study and research periods in SISGEO and in an Eurpean country are planned during the doctoral program.
