Québec, Canada, June 10, 2025 — Eddyfi Technologies, a global leader in advanced non-destructive testing instrumentation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sisgeo, a leading provider of geotechnical and structural monitoring instrumentation. Today, Sisgeo becomes part of Eddyfi’s Remote Monitoring Solutions, the company’s product line dedicated to monitoring technologies for geotechnical and structural assets. 

Founded in 1993 and headquartered near Milan, Italy, Sisgeo has built a global reputation for precision, reliability, and innovation in geotechnical sensing. With a presence in France, Germany, and Colombia, as well as in Switzerland through Huggenberger -a brand focused on concrete dam rehabilitation-, the company serves critical infrastructure sectors including civil engineering, mining, rail, and energy. With Sisgeo, Eddyfi Technologies is expanding info the Sensing element of Remote Monitoring. Furthermore, when combined with the connectivity offering of the Senceive product brand, important synergies will be generated, to the great benefit of customers.
