In this set of video (Tunnel monitoring) we would like to present some monitoring solutions that could be used during tunnel excavation. The chapter 5 is dedicated to the monitoring solutions for the buildings above excavation zone and will close the set of video with simple description of data acquisition systems and WMS web monitoring platform. Main applied instruments are crack meters to monitor possible crack openings, tilt meters to control building inclination and H-Level gauges to monitor buildings settlements and vertical displacements.
